"Kevin pierson state farm was charging me almost 500 for 3 vehicles started charging an additional 100 after the hurricane for no reason because they didnt honor what they said one of my cars broke down i froze my insurance they canceled my policy and told me i did it took my money never gave me a refund they never reached out they were not helpful at all they should go out of business if you want cheap insurance go to root insurance my bill is now less then 300 If i was a valued customer then why not refund me my payment on the policy i froze the same week i paid instead of stealing it because thats what yall did was stealing"
